Domain released their preliminary results for today.
Still weakness in the data, with many withdrawn sales.
Canberra listed 39 auctions, reported 32 with 24 sold, 1 withdrawn and 8 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 73%.
Brisbane listed 45 auctions, reported 29 with 15 sold and 14 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 52.
Adelaide listed 31 auctions, reported 15 with 10 sold and 5 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 67%.
Domain published their preliminary results for today.
Withdraws are up and volumes down as COVID strangles the market again.
Canberra listed 23 auctions, reported 21 with 19 sold, 1 withdrawn and 2 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 86%
Brisbane listed 41 auctions, reported 18 with 13 sold, 3 withdrawn and passed in to give a Domain clearance of 62%.
Adelaide listed 32 auctions, reported 12 with 8 sold, 2 withdrawn and 4 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 57%.
Domain released their preliminary results for today. From Thursday July 9 the Victorian government placed a ban on public real estate auctions as part of social distancing measures to slow the spread of COVID-19. The number of auctions withdrawn in the immediate weeks following the ban are likely to be higher than normal.
Canberra listed 23 auctions, reported 19 with 10 sold and 9 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 53%.
Brisbane listed 55 auctions, reported 37 with 20 sold, 10 withdrawn and 17 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 43%.

Brisbane listed 42 auctions, reported 15 with 6 sold, 7 withdrawn and 9 passed in to give a clearance rate of 27% according to Domain.
Adelaide listed 22 auctions, reported 14 with 10 sold, 0 withdrawn and 4 passed in to give a clearance rate of 71% according to Domain.
Domain released their preliminary result for today. Volumes are coming back to more “pre-COVID” levels but clearance rates are lower…

Domain released their preliminary results for today. Listing volumes were quite close to this time last year, if lower, so it will be interesting to see where the final clearance rates settle.

Domain released their preliminary auction results for today, and once again volumes are low, such that the clearance rates remain pretty meaningless. The long weekend will not have helped either!
Domain notes: “From Wednesday March 25 the federal government placed a ban on public real estate auctions as part of social distancing measures to slow the spread of COVID-19. The number of auctions withdrawn in the immediate weeks following the ban were unusually high. Current results reflect virtual auctions”.

Brisbane listed 23 auctions. reported 11 and sold 4 with 1 withdrawn and 2 passed in to give a Domain clearance of 33%.
Adelaide listed 9 auctions, reported 4 and sold 4 with 1 withdrawn to give a Domain clearance of “n/a”
Domain released their preliminary results for today. Volumes were slightly higher than last week, but still well down on a year ago. 593 auctions were listed, compared with 1,377 last year. So the quoted clearance rates really are meaningless for now.

Brisbane listed 23, reported 18 and sold 7, with 1 withdrawn and 11 passed in so giving a Domain clearance of 37%.
Adelaide listed 12 auctions, reported 8 and sold 3, with 5 passed in so giving a n/a result from Domain.
