Auction Results 22 June 2019

Domain have released their preliminary results for today.

The final results last week were slightly higher then recently, but on lower volumes. Still looking for real signs of life… is the dead cat bounce dead??

In Canberra 28 auctions were listed, 20 results were confirmed and 14 sold with 3 withdrawn and 9 passed in, giving a Domain result of 61%.

In Brisbane, 62 properties were listed, 40 results were confirmed with 10 sold, 7 withdrawn and 30 passed in, giving a Domain result of 21%.

In Adelaide, 61 were listed, 35 results were confirmed and 23 sold, with 6 withdrawn and 12 passed in, giving a Domain result of 56%.

Domain have released their preliminary results for today.

The final result last week settled at 47.4%, on low volumes thanks to the long weekend.

This week, the volume is higher at 1,281 listed for auction though still lower than a year ago, when 1,661 were listed. The final clearance will settle lower.

Canberra listed 29, reported 27 and sold 12 with 4 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance of 44%.

Adelaide listed 65, reported 24 and sold 15, with 6 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance of 50%

Brisbane listed 73, reported 43 and sold 19, with 3 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance of 41%.

Auction Results 08 Jun 2019

Domain have released their preliminary results for today, a long weekend for many, so not necessarily a typical day’s sales.

The final results last week settled a little higher at 52.4%, with 1,321 listed and 665 sold, still lower than a year ago. Volumes remain light both in terms of total sales and total value.

Canberra listed just 14, reported 12, sold 4 and 1 was withdrawn, giving a Domain clearance of 31%

Adelaide listed 31, reported 12, sold 7 and 4 were withdrawn, giving a Domain clearance of 44%

Brisbane listed 69, reported 40 and sold 15 with 7 withdrawn, giving a Domain clearance of 32%

Auction Results 01 June 2019

Domain have released their preliminary clearance results for today.

The final result last week was a little stronger at 55% but the volumes are still low. This week 1,318 were listed compared with 1,860 this time last year, and 574 were sold. I am sure people will be shouting about the “62% clearance rate”, but lets see where it settles, and again volumes are still well down.

Canberra listed 37 auctions, sold 16 and 1 was withdrawn, with 16 passed in, giving a Domain clearance of 48%.

Brisbane listed 68 auctions, sold 15 with 1 withdrawn and 30 passed in, giving a Domain clearance of 33%.

Adelaide listed 49, sold 12, 4 were withdrawn and 14 passed in giving a Domain clearance of 40%.

Auction Results 25 May 2019

Domain released their preliminary clearance results for today.

Last week the clearance rate ended in the mid-fifties, on low volume. Of 645 listed auctions, 313 sold given a true reading of 48.5%. Lower than last year. The question now is, will momentum lift given the APRA, RBA and Government incentives to get people to buy property again? We will see….

Brisbane listed 99, reported 55 and sold 27 with 8 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance of 43%.

Adelaide listed 84, reported 44 and sold 26, with 10 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance of 48%.

Canberra listed 50, reported 43 and sold 28, with 2 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance of 62%.

Auction Results 18 May 2019

Domain has released their preliminary results for today.

Once again, more low volumes. But initial clearance rates at 58.9% will settler lower again. Last week it settled at 50%. Volumes are well down on last year.

Canberra listed 15 reported 12 and sold 8 with 1 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance rate of 62%.

Brisbane listed 46, reported 27 and sold 10 with 1 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance of 36%.

Adelaide listed 33, reported 16 and sold 12 with 6 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance of 55%.

Auction Results 11 May 2019

Domain has released their preliminary auction results for today.

Last week final clearance rate was 52.9%, of the 1,155 listed 562 sold. This week again on low volumes, the markets are reporting slightly stronger numbers, but only 367 from 962 are reported, and this time last year 1,821 were listed. So we can see the markets are hardly buoyant!

In Brisbane 52 were listed, 31 reported, 12 sold and 2 withdrawn, giving a Domain clearance of 36%.

In Adelaide, 60 were listed, 26 reported and 20 sold with 4 withdrawn, giving a Domain clearance of 67%.

In Canberra 29 were listed, 23 reported and 10 sold with 1 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance of 42%.

Auction Results 04 May 2019

Domain released their preliminary actions results for today.

Last week saw a final clearance at 46%, well down on the preliminary result, and lower in volume and rate compared with a year ago. Large numbers of auctions remain unreported. This week may be stronger but the volume is still way down. However the early signs are not good.

Brisbane listed 54, reported 13 and sold 3 with 5 withdrawn giving a clearance rate of 17% on a Domain basis.

Adelaide listed 34 and reported 7 with 2 sold and 4 withdrawn, giving a Domain clearance of 18%.

Canberra listed 35 auctions, reported 14 and sold 8 with 1 withdrawn gicing a 53% Domain clearance.

Auction Results 27 April 2019

Domain released their preliminary results for today.

The latest results continue to yield low volumes after last weekend’s holidays. Nationally 815 were listed compared with 2,095 a year ago, 38% of last years count.

Sold so far are 300 compared with 1,104, of 27% of last years count (though it may settle higher).

So those who claim the market is buoyant, need to take account of the lower volumes.

Canberra listed 17 and reported 16 with 6 sold and 1 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance of 35%.

Adelaide listed 33 and reported 16 with 7 sold and 3 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance of 37%.

Brisbane listed 77 and reported 47 with 26 sold and 7 withdrawn giving a Domain clearance of 48%.

Auction Results 13 Apr 2019

Domain released their preliminary results for today.

The final results continue the trend of lowish total clearances on low volumes. National final clearance was 49.8% with 753 sales. Holidays of course get in the way at this time of year.

Canberra listed 61, reported 44 and sold 27, with 12 withdrawn, giving a Domain clearance of 48%.

Adelaide listed 83, reported 43 and sold 31, with 12 withdrawn, giving a Domain clearance of 56%.

Brisbane listed 104, reported 53 and sold 27 with 12 withdrawn, giving a Domain clearance of 42%.
